We want you to love your items.  If you aren’t happy let us know.  We can process a return or exchange on new and unworn pieces within 10 days of purchase (or delivery if your item was shipped).

Embroidered items will not be returnable.

Let us know at thegingerhousedcw@gmail.com if you have a return.  We will send you a shipping label and process your return once it’s received.  We credit the same account you used for purchasing.  Sometimes it can take 5-7 business days to see your credit applied.
